Priority Processing Policy

What Priority Processing is

Priority Processing is an optional $9 add-on that moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue. Orders with Priority Processing are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier by the next business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

What Priority Processing is not

Priority Processing covers how quickly we prepare and ship your order. It does not upgrade your shipping speed and it does not change how long the carrier takes to deliver your package. If you want faster transit, choose an expedited shipping method at checkout.

Business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Refunds

The $9 Priority Processing fee is refunded if we do not ship your order by the next business day. It is not refundable for carrier delays, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, items awaiting stock, or delivery times outside our control.
